The Grammy Award winner revealed this information on Thursday by writing on her Instagram page that she gave birth over the weekend.
The 31-year-old singer and rapper shared pictures of herself and her family cradling the baby at the hospital, beaming with happiness.
In the post, she added, "The prettiest lil thing," and September 7 was the date that followed.
Cardi B and Offset already have two children: their daughter Kulture, who is 6 years old, and their son Wave, who is 2 years old.
